1. Membership & Community

• Access to our private community requires approval

• Members must engage respectfully and not promote, harass, or misuse the platform

• Content shared in groups should be constructive, relevant, and safe for a professional space

 

2. Course Access & Refunds

• Digital access is granted immediately upon purchase

• Refunds available within 30 days if less than 25% of the course has been accessed

• Group coaching is non-refundable once attended

 

3. Use of Materials

• All content (videos, templates, frameworks) is property of The Value CMO LLC

• Materials are for personal use only, and are not to be copied, republished, or resold

 

4. Disclaimers

• Programs are for educational purposes and do not guarantee specific career or business outcomes

• Coaching is not legal, financial, or psychological advice

• We may update or remove content at our discretion

 

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke membership or course access for violation of these terms.
